Meralco is due Thursday. Your Kuryente sobre has ₱2,400 ready.

That lending app costs about 180% a year. An SSS salary loan costs 10%.

13th month is in. Suggested: utang first, then Pasko, emergency fund, and a small treat for you.

Most money apps are built for American paychecks. Kaban is built for kinsenas at katapusan, for utang and padala, for paluwagan and the 13th month. For how we really handle money.

Kinsenas-katapusan budgeting

Two paydays. Every bill knows which one pays for it.

Plan each sweldo on its own. Your payslip shows SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, tax and salary loans, and every bill lands on the payday that covers it. Freelance or OFW? Irregular income mode pays you a steady "sweldo" from your own income sobre.

What's inside

Made for Filipino money habits

01

"Aabot ba ako sa sweldo?"

A day-by-day forecast of your cash until the next payday, with a safe amount to spend each day and an early warning if you'll come up short.

02

Utang and Borrow check

Track loans, credit cards, installments and utang to friends. Before you borrow, compare Pag-IBIG, SSS, banks, e-wallets and lending apps by true yearly cost.

03

Padala and OFW mode

Log every padala with fee and channel. Working abroad? Enter amounts in AED, SAR, USD or your work currency and Kaban keeps both.

04

Paluwagan, 13th month, MP2

Track your paluwagan turn and hulog. Get a suggested split for your 13th month, and see your SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG for the year.

05

Sobres that feel real

Envelope budgeting like our lolas did, but digital. Fill a sobre for kuryente, Pasko or tuition and watch it get buo.

06

GCash, Maya and your banks

Import statements from BPI, BDO, GCash, Maya and Metrobank, scan receipt screenshots, and tick off planned bills so logging takes seconds.

FAQ

Questions

Is my data safe?

Your data is saved only on your device. Kaban has no servers that store it, and nobody, including us, can see your numbers. You can add a PIN lock, and make a backup file anytime.

Does it work on iPhone and Android?

Yes. Kaban runs in your phone's browser and can be saved to your home screen so it opens like an app. It also works on laptops and desktops.

Do I need internet?

Only the first time you open it. After that, Kaban works offline. Google Sheets sync needs internet when it runs.

Can I use it on my phone and laptop together?

Yes, with Google Sheets sync (Pro and Pamilya). Your data syncs through a sheet in your own Google Drive.

How do I pay?

GCash, Maya, cards and online banking. Buyers abroad can pay by card or PayPal. After paying you get an activation code by email.

Is Kaban free?

Kaban Lite is free for everyone until December 31, 2026, no code or payment needed. Anyone who starts later gets a 14-day free trial (and if you start near the end of December, you still get at least 14 days). After that your data stays safe and viewable; to keep adding, buy Lite (₱499 one time) or any plan. The sample household is free anytime.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Pay only the difference between plans. Your data stays as it is.

Does Kaban connect to my bank or GCash?

No, and it never asks for your logins. You import statements you download yourself, scan receipt screenshots, or tick off bills as you pay them.

Is this financial advice?

No. Kaban helps you track and plan your own money. Rates in Borrow check are typical examples you can edit, and there are no paid or sponsored options.
